Training Co-ordinator – Scottish HighlandsREF: Train Co-ord SH
We are currently seeking a Training Co-ordinator to join our team based in the Scottish Highlands. This is a full time permanent post, 40 hours per week.
It is a varied and interesting role that would suit somebody who is an excellent multi tasker and has the ability to communicate with people at all levels. The post holder, in conjunction with the Training Manager, will be responsible for mapping out training plans and schedules and providing administrative assistance to the Training department.
The successful candidate will have previous administration experience, excellent customer service and organisational skills, with good attention to detail, the ability to plan and prioritise workload to ensure objectives are achieved on time, the ability to identify problems, make decisions and take appropriate actions to resolve the issue, a good working knowledge of IT systems with an excellent knowledge and understanding of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and have excellent interpersonal, communication and team working skills.
