REF: Trainer Highlands

We are currently seeking a Trainer/Instructor to join our team based in the Scottish Highlands (Muir of Ord). This is a full-time permanent post, 40 hours per week.

The post holder will work as a part of our training team and will assist the Training Manager in developing; creating and delivering training courses that help the business maintain its legal obligations re the development of its people and the achievement of its ongoing business objectives. They will be required to help maintain course material and course accredited documentation. They will also be required to deliver courses to an accredited standard both internally to the RSE group as well as to potential external clients.

The successful candidate will have proven record of accomplishment in a training role, and a good understanding of all aspects of training and how people learn. In addition, you must possess a high degree of attention to detail, the ability to work to clearly defined timescales and have the ability to engage and motivate a room of delegates. Having NPORS Instructor accreditation would be a benefit. You must be proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint and be a confident communicator with excellent written and oral skills.
